Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

If you purchased any Purex Natural Elements laundry detergent products between May 19, 2013 and March 8, 2019, you may be eligible to receive a payment. To receive payment from this Settlement, you must submit a Claim Form online through this website or via email or mail.

Claim Forms must be submitted online, emailed, or postmarked on or before August 10, 2019 to be deemed timely. Claim Forms received after this deadline may not be accepted.

No matter which method you choose to file your Claim Form, please read the Claim Form carefully and provide all the information required. You can submit one (1) Claim Form per household.

File Online:

After clicking the button below, you will be asked to provide your contact information, then detailed information about your product purchases, including date and location of purchase. You will be able to upload your Proof of Purchase documentation (which is required if you are claiming more than 10 product purchases). Please have all your information ready, as your Claim will not be saved if you have to come back and finish at a later time.

Please fill out the form completely. Failure to do so may result in a denied claim.


If you are submitting Proof of Purchase documentation in support of your Claim Form, which is required if you wish to claim more than ten (10) product purchases, include copies of your Proof of Purchase documentation. Documentation should be clear readable copies. Do not send original documents as they will not be returned to you. Sufficient documentation includes receipts or other evidence establishing that you purchased a specific quantity of Products at a specific price, on a specific date, from a specific location, during the Class Period.

If you plan on filing online, please have this documentation ready before you begin your submission, as you will not be able to save your claim and return at a later time.

If you wish to submit a claim for a settlement payment via standard mail or email, you may download a copy of the form here. You will need to provide all of the information requested on the Claim Form, attach any Proof of Purchase documentation, sign it, and date it. Then mail or email it to the following address:
